Haha...the Pelado bought me jeans for mothers day, in his mind he thinks I am skinny, well suffice to say they didn´t fit. He bought the most expensive jeans in the store which only go up to size 38. Because women bigger than a 38, do not buy expensive jeans I guess. Anyways he harassed them enough to get a full refund back, and we went to Zara, and bought better quality jeans and saved 10 pesos!

After living most of my life in Argentina I moved to England and one of the first jobs I had was in a clothes shop. When the manager explained the refund policy to me I just couldn't believe it. Most shops in the UK give you 28 days and Marks & Spencer 3 MONTHS!!!! Every time I come back to BA I have to remember to be careful when I buy something because I won't get my money back and the other thing is you aren't allowed into shops with shopping bags from other shops. It's ridiculous!

Hi Taos, you are on target with this post. Although I`m not a Zara's fan (style issues) I've studied their business model at college and it's pretty amazing from production to customer service to management.<br/>I have another example here in Argentina: Mc Donalds. When I need coins for the 'colectivo' (another unexplainable phenomena) at 11pm and 'kioskeros' are incapable of doing favors (sometimes I just don't wanna buy some 'chicles' to get change) I seek for the big-shinny-yellow "M" and EVERY TIME I come out with coins in my hand without buying anything.
