		<description>On a recent visit to Coto they ignored our requests not to have bags, they looked at us as though we were crazy, then proceded to put two items into each bag.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m very glad to see this. We have our own shopping bags that we take with us to the market, and we use plastic bags that we do get as garbage bags.

		<description>When I came here I took my cloth bags (from Whole foods and TJ&#039;s) and people were wondering why I take my own bag to Coto when plastics are FREE. 
SanFro banned styrofoam (for take out food) earlier this year and merchants had to adapt to the law.
