Democrats Gather To Watch U.S. Presidential Debate
The Democrats Abroad in Argentina are gathering this Friday to watch the first debate between Senators John McCain and Barrack Obama (assuming there is a debate). The gathering, which also is a fundraiser for the group, will take place at 8pm at the Sacramento Resto Bar, El Salvador 5729. More details can be found here, and here. Event sponsors think as many as 300 people will show up. You can see a press release for the event here.

Time to accept a scripted Presidential “debate” yet again?
Brought to you by your “good friends” on Wall Street.
No USA Main Street Paul or Nader,
nor Cynthia McKinney…
I hope it goes through. McCain just called to postpone the debates to attend to serious business in Washington… Obama said that the campaigns should not be suspended.

If they’re on, I’ll see you there.
Obama….if he goes with a speech during those serious times, he shows a lack of sensititity, he doesnt really belong to the core of American People….Americans are very PRAGMATIC people. Finances first, politic later… I will go for Mc CAIN. he is more into the real world.
The other one, is just a picture, a good voice, a nice smile and a clean speech.
But nothing else
The republicans abroad don’t meet? I guess they are too busy working…, while the dems watch the debates on the lazy boy couch.
LOL
I actually tried to track down a Republicans Abroad group, but wasn’t able to find one. They don’t seem to be too active in these parts.
