		<description>In a quick comment I don&#039;t think you could have the same success getting those names out of the search engines in America, due to the freedom of speech argument. In short, in Argentina there is a gray area of &quot;what affects third parties&quot;. In America, this belongs to Freedom of Speech, in other words, freedom of speech is so important that the Constitution protects it from alleged victims of offensive speech.

I like how Michael Savage puts it, &quot;freedom of speech was not created to protect polite speech, it is there to protect offensive speech&quot;. you should be able to say what you want to say with freedom and without apprehension as to what others might think or &quot;feel&quot;, because that is so hard to determine and quantify and put &quot;edges&quot; to.
