Dan,

I suppose it depends on the age, and it's just an intuition about what, I'd think, kids would typically be concerned about in this age group. At the higher range of this survey kids are 15, which would, presumably, be closer to the age in which kids are beginning to be sexually active. Even so, it seems to me that most kids younger than this would be more worried about things that kids are typically worried about - being liked at school or being afraid of the class bully or about doing poorly in math, etc. - than about contracting an STD like AIDS. It seems like this would be more of a concern for sexually active adults.

Why do you find it odd that kids are worried about AIDS? It's an incredibly prevalent problem in Argentina, and "kids" are headed into an age where they may very well be experimenting sexually.

life here, like this, with no safety, limits to take extreme actions to fearful kids, who feel vulnerable.
Teachers should all get suspended at once.
For their incapacity to take mayor actions and protect the children
They are just coming to fill the 8 hrs shift....teaching poorly and afraid also.
vaya, pais en serio
