Lunfardo Lessions In HD: Coima
Here is the latest installment of the Scooping Argentina lunfardo lessions. This one involves the word “coima,” which is a noun meaning “a bribe.” As a verb, “coimear” means “to bribe.”

What happened to scooping Argentina and all the lunfardo lessons? The videos have been removed. Why not put them on here all together Taos and make them available for download. I for one enjoyed them very much; they are short sweet and very educational. On you tube the quality isn’t as good and I don’t use Itunes.

Mi reflexion apuntaria a saber si esto es lo que se quiere enseñar a otras personas de la Argentina: “Si tiene un problema con un Policia, coimeelo”.
Me parece que deja mucho que desear y apunta a que cualquier persona que viene a al agentina ante un problema con un policia le de una coima.
El ejemplo no fue para nada acertado.

Entiendo perfectamente tu punto. Si el video fuera el unico, la critica tendria mas fuerza pero como es solo uno de muchos creo que deja de ser tan negativo, ya que hay otros videos que tienen ejemplos mas divertidos. Eso dicho, despues de vivir tantos años aca, creo que es bien acertado. El video no dice que todos los policias son corruptos y definativamente no lo son. Pero son unos cuantos los que son corruptos y que piden coimas. Es un hecho lamentable pero es un hecho por mas que la mayoria son honorables. Todo esto dicho, tu punto en general es valido.
