Plans to celebrate the 4th of July at ICANA were cancelled Friday because of fears regarding the A/H1N1 flu virus. The Democrats Abroad Argentina, or DAA, which had been planning the event, sent out the following notice:

“Due to the influenza epidemic, DAA’s 4th of July celebrations with Puertas Abiertas at ICANA have been canceled. We regret any inconvenience and wish you a safe and healthy holiday.”

Sebastian, what crap you are writing! The anonymous poster made a very good point. Out of courtesy the person wrote in English, despite the fact that it apparently is not their native language. So what? The meaning of the post is clear. I assume that the person is a very qualified nurse.

If you want to discuss online writing etiquette, consider the use of your vulgar language (sucks ass and titties), and the more important issue that your post serves no purpose except to insult and demean another person.

If I were the moderator I would delete your comment.

B — Your assumption that he is a “qualified nurse” is a pretty naive POV (Point of view). Can you actually prove that he is a “qualified nurse”? Moreover, have you ever heard of freedom of speech? Does that ring a bell? I don’t need you to agree or disagree with my comments or opinion.
If I were the moderator — and respected freedom of speech — I would not delete any comment(s).
Danke,
Sebastian
