Between my in-laws and regularly playing Counterstrike on South American servers I was was already familiar with much that was in the book when I read last year. Since then I've reviewed much of it with my wife, her family, and our friends, they've all found it to be terribly funny when I read the more obscure phrases and ask for their definitions.
